No Free Toys

After updating plasticbox’s No free Books mod, I also realized the toy boxes for toddlers/children and pets also come with a standard inventory. So I made two other tiny mods, to clear their inventory. With these mods, all toyboxes are completely empty on purchase. Boxes already placed will not lose their inventory though.
